💳 Registration Fees

All prices are in Euros (€) and include Value Added Tax (VAT).

🎓 Student Registration

You are eligible for the student fee if you are enrolled as a student (Bachelor, Master, or PhD) during the academic year 2025–2026.

During registration, you will be asked to upload a valid proof of student status. One of the following documents is required:

• A student ID card showing the academic year 2025–2026
• A letter from your supervisor
• A certificate of program registration

✅ What’s Included in the Fee

The registration fee covers the following for each participant:

• Access to all conference sessions
• Conference materials (program, proceedings, badge, etc.)
• Daily coffee breaks and lunches
• Welcome cocktail
• One gala dinner ticket

Additional gala dinner tickets for accompanying persons can be purchased during registration for €180.

💡 Support for Participants with Limited Funding

Participants facing financial hardship or exceptional circumstances (e.g., from underfunded institutions or countries, or early-stage researchers) may contact the organizers to discuss discounted registration fees on a case-by-case basis. We are committed to facilitating participation whenever possible.
