📄 Proceedings and Publication Opportunities

Authors of selected contributions to INSTR 2026 will be invited to submit a revised and camera-ready version of their extended abstract, incorporating comments received during the review process and the conference presentation.

These revised abstracts will be published in one of the following proceedings outlets, subject to editorial review and final acceptance:

📝 Process Overview

1. Initial Review:
   All extended abstracts submitted by February 15, 2026 are peer-reviewed by members of the International Scientific Committee and Local Organizing Committee.
2. Presentation at INSTR 2026:
   Accepted abstracts will be presented during the conference (July 15–17, 2026, in Lyon). Reviewers and session chairs may provide informal feedback to authors during the event.
3. Invitation to Publish:
   After the conference, selected authors will be invited to revise and resubmit their contribution for publication. Further formatting and editorial guidelines will be communicated to invited authors.
4. Final Review & Publication:
   Revised abstracts will undergo editorial review before being accepted in one of the three selected publication venues. Final versions must comply with the publisher’s formatting and quality requirements.
