Information for Authors > Submission Guidelines

Authors wishing to present at INSTR 2026 should submit an extended abstract (max. 2,500 words) in PDF or Word format.

Submission Deadline: February 15, 2026

Notification of Acceptance: March 31, 2026


 

🛠 How to Submit

  1. Create an account or log in instr2026.sciencesconf.org:
    Use the “Login” button in the top-right corner. If you don't have an account on Sciencesconf, select “Create account” and follow the instructions. A confirmation email will be sent to activate your account.
  2. Access the submission form:
    After logging in, go to the “My Submissions” tab under the “My Space” section in the left-hand menu. Click on “Submit an abstract” to start the submission.
  3. Complete the form and upload:
    Fill in the required metadata (title, authors, abstract, keywords, etc.) and upload your abstract.

All submissions will be peer-reviewed by members of the International Scientific Committee and Local Organizing Committee.

If accepted, authors may be invited to contribute to an edited volume or special issue following the symposium.
